Dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care, Chelsea is committed to leveraging her extensive expertise to improve healthcare access and outcomes for individuals and communities.
Chelsea’s educational journey reflects her unwavering dedication to excellence in nursing practice and leadership. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Human Development and Family Sciences, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of human relationships and development, and another in Nursing, laying the foundation for her clinical expertise. Building upon this foundation, Chelsea pursued a Master’s of Nursing with a focus on education and administration, enhancing her skills in teaching, leadership, and healthcare management. Additionally, she attained a post-master’s Family Nurse Practitioner degree, solidifying her clinical proficiency and enabling her to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
Chelsea’s entrepreneurial spirit drives her to innovate and create positive change in the healthcare landscape. An accomplished professional with a proven track record in product analysis, business consulting, and system implementation. Currently working as a Product Analyst, driving continuous improvements to enhance customer experiences. Skilled in conducting comprehensive business requirement meetings, creating process documentation, and providing data-driven insights to fuel product development.
Prior to his current role, he excelled in positions involving project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution development. Demonstrated expertise in ERP implementation, data migration, QA testing, and stakeholder management. Possess a strong foundation in computer skills including Salesforce tools, Python, SQL, and Jira.
A certified Salesforce Administrator and Six Sigma Green Belt, Valentine brings a blend of technical acumen, industry expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to drive business success. Known for being a self-starter, effective leader, and skilled communicator, adept at fostering collaborative relationships and delivering impactful solutions.
